As we continue to grow, Archetype is currently looking for experienced ETL Developers to join our Service Delivery team. As an ETL Developer you will be involved in the following phases of a project: solution implementation, testing/validation, and post-deployment reporting and operations. Additional activities include troubleshooting data integrity issues, providing daily data status updates, and fulfilling ad-hoc data-related requests from the client.
In addition to client work, you will participate in “firm building” initiatives and activities that contribute to the growth of Archetype and our people. We are not looking for just anyone. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated the ability to deliver, who can collaborate and work in a team, and who enjoy learning and solving challenging problems.
Desired Skills & Experience:
BA or BS in computer science, MIS, math, science, engineering, or related field
1-3 years of hands-on ETL tool experience such as (but not limited to) Oracle Data Integrator, Microsoft SSIS, or Informatica
1-3 years of work experience in related field such as consulting, finance, engineering, or healthcare
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively - excellent written and oral communication skills. English Fluency is a must.
Experience working with Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing projects is a plus
Proficiency with intermediate SQL concepts (i.e. various joins, sub queries, analytic functions) a big plus
Ability to translate technical jargon into meaningful business language for end users is a plus
Able and willing to travel up to 50%
Must be eligible to legally work in the United States and pass a background check.
